Custom overlay height does not change when trying to resize it by dragging the bottom or the bottom left and right corners
1. Open the attached "PROJECTFILE" project
2. Open the “ASSETPATH” asset
3. In the custom Editor window “ExampleGraph” toolbar, click the 3 dots in the right corner and select the Overlay Menu
4. In the Overlay Menu select the “Node inspector” custom Overlay to be visible
5. Make sure that the “Node inspector” custom Overlay is undocked and try to resize it down by dragging it on the bottom or the bottom left and right corners
Expected result: The “Node inspector” custom Overlay height changes
Actual result: The “Node inspector” custom Overlay height does not change

Not reproducible with: 2022.3.10f1, 2023.1.0a22, 2023.2.0b10, 2023.3.0a5
