Custom brush settings have no tooltips
How to reproduce:
1. Select the terrain
2. Go to the paint terrain tab
3. Select the last visible brush
4. Click the down arrow to the lower left of "NewBrush"
5. Mouse over the variable names
Expected result: tooltips should pop up
Actual result: there are no tooltips
