Cursor not updating when manually scrubbing through a clip in the animations tab of Import Settings
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open user attached
2. Select Tank_anims.fbx
3. Go to Animations tab
4. Scrub through animation in the preview window, notice that the cursor updates in the Source Take part as well
5. Undock the preview window
6. Scrub through animation in the preview window, notice that the cursor now does not update in the Source Take part
Expected result: animation cursor should also update in the animations tab of Import Settings
