CultureInfo.GetCultures(CultureTypes.NeutralCultures) returns null when built with il2cpp on ios
To reproduce:
1) Download attached project
2) Make sure that scripting backend is set to il2cpp
3) Build and run for iOS
4) Notice null printed in console (should print out all the neutral cultures, which can be seen if project is run in editor)
Reproduced on 4.6.4p3, 4.6.4p1, doesn't repro on 4.6.4f1 using iPad Air (8.1.1)
