Cube Map Layer doesn't work in Android builds
Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a Cube Map Layer and add any Texture to it
2. Build to device
3. Observe in HMD that the Cube Map is not visible
Actual results: Can build to device and Cube Map is visible
Expected results: Can build to device and Cupe Map layer shows up correctly in scene
