Creating new scene turns on Auto Bake light
Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a scene
2. Turn off "Auto" light baking in Lighting options (Window->Lighting)
3. Create new scene
Actual result: Note that it's on again.
Expected result: No changes in "Auto" bake option
Tested and reproduced on:
Windows 10
Unity 5.3.3p2, 5.4.0b8
NOT Reproducible in:
5.2.4p1
