CreateExternalTexture interprets sRGB parameter as Linear
Reproduction steps:
1. Open user attached project "KtxLoadingSpeed.zip"
2. Select "Cube" in the Hierarchy
3. In the Inspector set "Color Space Mode" to “Force Linear”
4. Right-click the "Load Ktx" component
5. Click on "Get Tex"
6. Set "Color Space Mode" to “Force sRGB”
7. Click on "Get Tex"
Expected result: Texture looks darker
Actual result: Texture looks the same
Reproduced with: 2020.3.44f1, 2021.3.16f1, 2022.2.2f1, 2022.2.3f1
Not reproduced with: 2022.2.1f1, 2023.1.0a1, 2023.1.0b1
Reproducible on: Windows 10
