Unable to interact with Material Inspector window when creating a new Material and renaming it
Reproduction steps:
1. Open "ReproProject" project
2. Create a new Material (Assets > Create > Material)
3. Rename the created Material
4. Click any button or dropdown in the Inspector window
5. Observe the Inspector window
Expected result: The Inspector window is interactable
Actual result: Unable to interact with the Inspector window
Reproducible with: 2022.3.11f1, 2022.3.31f1, 6000.0.4f1
Not reproducible with: 2021.3.39f1, 2022.3.10f1
Reproducible on: Windows 11 Pro (22H2)
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
Note: Also reproduces if a Material is duplicated and renamed
