Create menu presents not installed Packages assets after entering Play Mode
How to reproduce:
1. Create a new project
2. Right-click in the Project Window
3. Hover over "Create"
4. Observe the options in the Context menu
5. Enter Play mode
6. Right-click in the Project Window
7. Hover over "Create"
8. Observe the options in the Context menu
Expected result: The context menu remains the same
Actual result: A lot more options related to not installed packages are shown
Reproducible with: 6000.0.0b16
Reproduced on: macOS Sonoma 14.4 (M1)
Note: After exiting the Play mode the options are still present

Resolution Note:
Could not reproduce on Mac on 6000.0.43f1 and 6000.2.0a6. Also, could not reproduce on Windows using 6000.2.0a7.
