Crashes with GetManagerFromContext when opening project
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project
Expected result: The Editor opens the project
Actual result: The Editor crashes
Reproducible with: 2019.4.40f1, 2020.3.38f1, 2021.3.8f1, 2022.2.0b3, 2023.1.0a5
Reproduced on: Windows 10

Resolution Note:
The issue was caused by corrupted project file for which we do not have enough information to reproduce. The issue can be worked around by removing "ProjectSettings\GraphicsSettings.asset"
