Crash with "Invalid AABB" when using Tilemap.CompressBounds in Edit mode
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the user's attached project and the scene "CrashScene"
2. Go to Grid -> Geometry
3. Press "Crash" in the "TestScript" component
Expected result: Tilemap Bounds are compressed
Actual result: Editor crashes
Reproducible with: 2019.4.15f1, 2019.4.23f1, 2020.1.17f1, 2020.2.0b3, 2020.3.2f1
Not reproducible with: 2018.4.33f1, 2019.4.14f1, 2020.2.0a1, 2020.2.0b2, 2021.1.0a1, 2021.1.0f1, 2021.2.0a10
