Crash with __cxa_deleted_virtual when using a command buffer

Reproduction steps:
1. Open the user's attached project
2. Right-click in the Scene Hierarchy, select "Effects -> Water System"
3. Select the "Water System" asset
4. In the Inspector, check "Volumetric Lightning" On or Off

Expected result: Volumetric lighting is turned on or off
Actual result: The Editor crashes

Reproducible with: 2021.3.7f1, 2022.2.0b3, 2023.1.0a4
Couldn't test with: 2020.3.37f1 (The required asset does not seem to function)
