"Baked Shadow Radius" field is visible but inactive when the Shadow Type is set to "Hard Shadows" under the Light Component
How to reproduce:
1. Create a new 3d URP Sample project
2. Open the "TerminalScene" scene
3. In the Hierarchy search, search for the "Spot Light"
4. Select the GameObject "Spot Light" (any of the several with the same name)
5. In the Inspector, under the "Light" Component -> Shadows -> Shadow Type -> Hard Shadows
6. Observe the results
Expected results: There is "Baked Shadow Radius" field as it is active only when "Soft Shadows" are selected
Actual results: "Baked Shadow Radius" field is visible even though it is inactive
Reproducible with: 6000.0.57f1, 6000.1.16f1, 6000.2.2f1, 6000.3.0b1
Reproducible on: Ubuntu 24, macOS Sequoia 15.6
