Crash in Rigidbody::IsSleeping when moving an inactive RigidBody into nested RigidBodies and activating it
How to reproduce:
1. Open attached project
2. Open "report" scene and Play.
Reproducible with: 2018.3.5f1, 2019.1.0b2, 2019.2.0a4
Not reproducible with 2017.4 because of a different Prefab system
Actual results: crash
Expected results: no crash
Fixed in: 2019.3.0a8

It said this was fixed in 2018.4.11 but its still happening
