Crash when MenuItem is not in a submenu
Reproduction Steps:
1- Open a new Unity project.
2- Import EditorScript.cs
Expected Result: Error "Ignoring menu item Mark as Dirty because it is in no submenu!" is displayed.
Actual Result: Editor crashes.
Reproduced with: 5.6.0b3, 5.6.0a5
Not Reproduced with: 5.6.0a4, 5.5.0p3
