Crash/freeze when creating a scene from a custom scene template
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the user's attached project
2. File -> New Scene -> Select "L2Template"
3. Create -> Save
Expected result: New scene is created from the template
Actual result: Editor crashes
Reproducible with: 2021.1.18f1, 2021.2.0b9, 2022.1.0a5
Could not test with: 2020.3.17f1, 2019.4.29f1 (project gets broken after downgrading)
Notes:
When opening the project, sometimes this and similar errors pop up:
"PPtr cast failed when dereferencing! Casting from TextureImporter to Sprite!"
