Crash/Freeze after calling EntityManager.RemoveComponent<>(Entity) for a lot of times
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project
2. Open the "2BodyJobs" scene
3. Press Play
4. Keep pressing Space (around 30 times)
Actual result: Unity crashes or freezes.
Reproducible with: 2018.1.0b12 (ed1bf90b40e6).
Note: The crash is caused by "EntityManager.RemoveComponent<NBodySimulatorRun>(simulatorEntity);" in PlayerInputSystem.cs, line 43.
