Crash on WindowsVideoMedia::CopyToRGBA when importing .avi file
How to reproduce:
1. Create a new project
2. Import "hflinchf.avi" file
Actual result: Unity crashes.
Reproducible with: 2019.1.0a7, 2018.3.0b8, 2018.2.14f1, 2018.1.9f2, 2017.4.13f1
fixed in 2019.1.0a10.
