2) How can we reproduce it using the example you attached
1 Open attached project
2 Find script "EditorDoesntCrashOnUsingOnAudioFilterReadScript" in assets folder
3 Attach this script to Main Camera (or any created object)
4 Press Play and observe crash
this happening only with this name of the class, when you changing the name - it starts to work fine in some point
