Crash on TypeTreeQueries::ReadStringFromBuffer or freeze when you add a component with SerializeReference interface
How to reproduce:
1. Open attached project
2. Open SampleScene
3. Drag `SerializeFieldHangUp` to GameObject in the Inspector
Reproducible with: 2019.3.0a8, 2019.3.0b6, 2020.1.0a7
Not reproducible with: 2017.4.33f1, 2018.4.10f1, 2019.2.8f1, 2019.3.0a7
