Crash on TransformParticleMesh<1,1,1,1> when Texture Sheet Animation Tiles X is set to 2^n (n >= 9)
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached “BugRepro” project
2. Open the “Assets/Scenes/SampleScene.unity“ Scene
3. Select the “Mesh” GameObject in the Hierarchy window
4. On the Inspector window enable the Renderer in Particle System
5. Observe the crash
Reproducible with: 2022.3.11f1, 2022.3.36f1, 6000.0.10f1
Not reproducible with: 2021.3.40f1, 2022.3.10f1
Reproducible on: Windows 11
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
