Crash on SourceAssetDBReadTxn::SourceAssetDBReadTxn when opening a project after deleting an Asset
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached “Crystal Runners“
2. In the "Enter Safe Mode?" pop-up select "Ignore"
3. Observe the Editor
Expected result: The project opens successfully
Actual result: The Editor gets stuck on “SceneView.Repaint“ code execution and eventually crashes
Reproducible with: 2022.1.0b11, 2022.3.37f1, 6000.0.12f1
Not reproducible with: 2021.3.40f1, 2022.1.0b10
Reproduced on: Windows 10, Mac (Arm64)
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
Note: Does not crash in Safe Mode
