Crash on RegisterPlugin when importing plugin
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project
2. If Unity didn't crash, RMB > Reimport All
Actual result: Unity crashes.
Reproducible with: 2020.1.0a15, 2019.3.0f2, 2019.2.0b6, 2019.2.0a2.
Not reproducible with: 2019.2.0a1, 2019.1.7f1, 2018.4.2f1, 2018.1.9f2, 2017.4.29f1.
Notes:
The crash is caused by scarped-unity-plugin.dll.
A failed assertion is thrown before the crash: "Assertion failed on expression: 'g_ThreadedGfxDevice'"
