Crash on RaiseException when terrain detail instancing is excessive
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached “ReproProj” project
2. Observe the crash
Reproducible with: 2022.2.0a1, 2022.3.49f1, 6000.0.22f1
Not reproducible with: 2021.3.43f1, 2022.1.0b1
Reproducible on: Windows 10, Windows 11
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
Note: Can take up to 20 minutes to crash
