Crash on MergePrefabChanges when opening a specific project
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached project “ReproProj”
Expected result: The project is opened
Actual result: The Editor crashes
Reproducible with: 2022.2.0a13, 2022.2.21f1, 2022.3.12f1, 2023.2.12f1,
Not reproducible with: 2021.3.35f1, 2022.2.0a12, 2023.3.0a2, 2023.3.0b9
Reproducible on: Windows 10, macOS 14.3.1 (M1 Max)
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
