Crash on "LMDB_Transaction::AbortAndRestart()" when creating 3D Mobile Template Project
How to reproduce:
1. Create a new Project using the 3D Mobile Template
2. Observe the Project creation
Expected result: The Project is created and is launched without issues
Actual result: The Project crashes in the creation process
Reproducible with: 2022.3.34f1
Not reproducible with: 2022.3.33f1
Reproduced on: macOS Sequoia 15.0 (M1), Sonoma 14.4.1 (M1)
Not reproducible on: Ubuntu 20.04, Windows 10
