Crash on GrayscaleFilterEffect::RenderGrayscaleFade after deleting mesh filter from cube and selecting game object
Steps to reproduce:
1. Create new 3D project -- or skip to step: 1b
2. Create cube.
3. Delete its mesh filter.
4. Save scene.
5. Load again that scene.
6. Select cube.
7. Crash!

2b. Open scene: main
3b. Select game object in Hierarchy: Cube
4b. Crash!
