Crash on "GetManagerFromContext: pointer to object of manager '(null') is NULL (table index 5)" when opening Unity
Steps to reproduce:
1) Open Unity
2) Observe the crash
Expected result: No crash when opening Unity
Actual result: Crash on start
Reproduced with:
2018.3.0a6
Not reproduced with:
2018.3.0a5
Note:
Doesn't happen every time.
Always happens after installing this version and launching it
If this version encountered, keep Unity closed for ~1h and then try to open it. Usually, crash
Reproduced using Windows 10 and macOS machines
