Crash on block_remove when a scene is opened in a specific project
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached project "CrashRepro"
2. Open the “Assets/Resources/Scenes/Demo.unity“ scene
Expected result: The scene is opened
Actual result: Editor crashes
Reproducible with: 2022.1.0b9, 2022.3.15f1, 2023.2.1f1, 2023.3.0a16
Not reproducible with: 2021.3.32f1, 2022.1.0a12
Couldn’t test with: 2022.1.0a13-2022.1.0b8 (crashes on PatchPrefabBackwardsCompatibility when opening)
Reproducible on: Windows 10
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
