How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached "ParticleCrashRepro" project
2. Open the “Assets/Scenes/SampleScene.unity“ Scene
3. Select the “ParticleSystem“ GameObject in the Hierarchy
4. Move it back and forth in the Scene view

Reproducible with: 6000.0.0f1, 6000.0.4f1
Not reproducible with: 2021.3.39f1, 2022.3.31f1, 2023.2.20f1, 6000.0.0b16

Reproducible on: macOS 14.5 Sonoma (Intel), Windows 10 (reported by user)
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
