Crash on Application_Get_Custom_PropDataPath when opening project with a specific .sbsar file
Reproduction steps:
1. Open attached project "case_1242605"
--observe crash
Reproducible with: 2019.1.0a11, 2019.3.14f1, 2020.1.0b9, 2020.2.0a11
Not reproducible with: 2018.4.23f1, 2019.1.0a10
Note: Crash does not occur if "Concrete_01.sbsar" from the Textures folder is deleted
