Crash in ProcessVertices when applying texture type to Sprite for specific images
How to reproduce:
1. Download user-attached image(backcity.png)
2. Create a new Unity project and import the image
3. Select the Image and set its Texture Type to 'Sprite', apply changes
Expected result: the Editor does not crash
Actual result: the Editor crashes
Reproducible with: 2017.4.40f1, 2018.4.23f1, 2019.3.15f1, 2020.1.0b10, 2020.2.0a12
