[CPU PLM] Radeon Pro denoiser does not work
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open any existing project
2. Make sure that lightmapper is set to Progressive CPU
3. Enable advanced filtering
4. Select Radeon Pro as denoiser
5. Bake the lighting
6. Observe the asserts, and notice that the output is not denoised
Notes:
- Reproduced in Unity 2019.4.9f1 using PixarKitchen project
- Asserts no longer reproduce in Unity 2020.1 and 2020.2 versions of the editor
- Only reproduces on the CPU lightmapper
