[CPU PLM] Radeon Pro denoiser does not work and produces asserts
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open any existing project
2. Make sure that lightmapper is set to Progressive CPU
3. Enable advanced filtering
4. Select Radeon Pro as denoiser
5. Bake the lighting
6. Observe the asserts, and notice that the output is not denoised
Notes:
- Reproduced in Unity 2019.4.9f1 using PixarKitchen project
- Only reproduces on the CPU lightmapper
- In 2019.4, Radeon Pro denoiser does not work and spits out asserts
- In 2020.1 and 2020.2 no asserts are outputted, but the denoiser does not work (logged as a separate case)
