CopyTexture_Slice_AllMips crash when copying a compressed Texture2D to a Texture2DArray with a non-null destination layer
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open supplied project
2. Build and run on Win-Standalone
3. Press one of two red buttons at the top
Reproduced in: 2018.4.11f1, 2019.2.9f1, 2019.3.0b6, 2020.1.0a8
Not reproduced in: 2017.4.33f1*
Note: no repro on MacOS 10.14.4, Unity 2020.1.0a8
