ConvertToEquirect results in a flipped 360 image
Reproduction steps:
1. Download project "RenderToCubemap.zip" and open in Unity
2. Open TestScene
3. In Hierarchy select the Main Camera
4. Enable Play mode
5. In script "Create Stereo Cubemaps" open Cubemap value
Expected: rendered texture should have a normal 360 image
Actual: RenderTexture.ConvertToEquirect flips rendered texture's sky and ground (more in picture.png)
Reproduced on: 2017.1.3f1; 2017.2.1p3; 2017.3.0p4; 2018.1.0b5; 2018.2.0a1
