[Contextual Menus] Not all the results after the search are accessible for the user on the windows contextual menus
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open a new Unity project
2. Open the Package Manager window
3. Click the window kebab menu and try to search results for the "tab"
4. After deleting "ab" and just leave "t"
5. Observe all the results and try to access the last one
Expected result: All results should be displayed tidily and fully
Actual result: The last item is not accessible. Scrollbar is needed. Added video in the "Attachments" section.
Reproducible with: 2023.2.0a21, 2023.2.0a23
Not Reproducible with: 2023.2.0a20.
Could not test with: 2023.1.2f1, 2022.3.4f1, and 2021.3.28f1 as contextual menus do not have search functionality in these streams.
