Contextual menus and tooltips appear at different position from the pressed location when using 3 or more displays
Reproduction steps:
1. Have three displays connected and set as shown in the “Displays” image
2. Open the attached project “TestProject”
3. Move the Editor to “Screen 3”
4. Right-click on the left side of the Scene view to open the contextual menu
Expected result: The contextual menu is opened under the cursor
Actual result: The contextual menu is opened on “Screen 1”

Not reproducible on: No other platforms tested
