Context menu should open on mouse down instead of mouse up on MacOS
*Steps to reproduce:*
1. Load a uxml document with some content in the UI Builder
2. Right mouse down on an item in the Hierarchy view
3. Right mouse down on an item in the StyleSheet view
4. Right mouse down on an item in the Viewport
*Actual results:* The context menu does not open until mouse up
*Expected results:* The context menu opens on mouse down on MacOS and mouse up on Windows
*Reproducible with versions:* 2023.3, 2023.2
*Not reproducible with versions:*
