[Context menu][Mac] Menu opens in a random position for spline bezier mode
How to reproduce:
# Open a new project and install Splines package
# Right click Hierarchy tab, select Spline > Square
# In the Scene overlay select spline editor tool and select one of the spline nodes
# In Element Inspector overlay change Bezier mode
# Switch/Open Animation or Timeline tab
# In Element Inspector overlay change Bezier mode again
Reproduced with: 2023.2.0a14, 2023.2.0b17, 2023.3.0a13 on MacOS 13.6
Does not reproduce with: 2023.2.0a13 when the old context menu system was used
Note: Sometimes this takes some time to reproduce, might need to right click the bezier mode in the process.

Resolution Note:
Due to the state of the new Contextual Menus feature, we decided to revert to OS Menus in 2023.3. Hence, we are cancelling all 2023.2.X ports and recommend using 2023.3.0b1 or higher for more stable context menus. The feature will be reconsidered in future versions.
