Context menu is twice as wider when compared to older Streams
How to reproduce:
1. Create a new project using any template
2. Right-click in Hierarchy
3. Observe the context menu
Expected result: The context menu is not 2 times wider
Actual result: The context menu is at least 2 times wider
Reproduced with: 2023.3.0a11, 2023.3.0a13
Not reproduced with: 2023.2.0b18, 2023.3.0a10
Could not test with: 2021.3.32f1, 2022.3.13f1, 2023.1.19f1, (Using old GUI implementation)
Reproduced on: Windows 10 (by reporter), Windows 11
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
