Constraints property is not included in custom editor of Rigidbody
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open attached project
2. Open scene "Scene"
3. In hierarchy, select "Sphere 01" and in inspector notice that rigidbody doesn't have Constraints property
Happens when using custom editor for rigidbody
Reproduced with: 5.1.4f1, 5.2.4f1, 5.3.4p6, 5.4.0b18
