"Compressor quality" setting missing from "PC, Mac and Linux" on RGB Compressor DXT1 in Inspector
Steps to reproduce:
1. Download and open attached project
2. Select " Assets/Decal_Blood_01"
3. Look at inspector and notice that "Compressor Quality" is present in Android, but missing in "PC, Mac and Linux" - look at attached video
Expected result: Compressor quality is present for all overrides in Inspector
Actual result: Compression quality setting is not present in "PC, Mac and Linux" overrides in Inspector
Reproduced in 5.5.0b3, 5.5.0b1, 5.5.0a6
