components with no options still have a expand arrow in inspector
-e: see title. if there is nothing to show not having the arrow would make it a bit clearer
-repro:
--create new project
-click main camera in scene
--NOTICE the audio listener, guilayer and flare layer all have no options to expand but the expanding arrow
