Component is not hidden from Add Component Menu when using AddComponentMenu("")
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached “BugRepro” project
2. Open the “Assets/Scenes/SampleScene.unity“ Scene
3. Select any GameObject in the Hierarchy window
4. Click "Add Component" in the Inspector window.
5. Search for "Fake" in the Add Component menu
6. Observe the Add Component menu
Expected result: No components should appear in the search results
Actual result: "Fake Component Empty" appears in the search results
Reproducible with: 2023.2.0a17, 6000.0.41f1, 6000.1.0b9, 6000.2.0a6
Not reproducible with: 2022.3.58f1, 2023.2.0a16
Reproducible on: Windows 11
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
