CommandBuffer.Blit() with no custom shader doesn't match CommandBuffer.Blit() with Internal_BlitCopy.shader
To reproduce:
1. Open attached project
2. Open the scene named "Blit_WILL_blit.unity" and click play, and observe that an image appears
3. Open the scene named "Blit_wont_blit.unity" and click play, and observe a grey screen appears
Reproducible: 5.5.0b5, 5.4.1p3
