Colour picker is not pickig from the part of the screen that's under the mouse cursor
Whe using a colour picker, the area of the screen that's sampled is not the one une the mouse cursour.
See color.gif attached.
Repro steps:
1. open a colour picker
2. have an object centerd on the screen
3. try yo sample the colour of the object
4. notice that the ares sampled is off by quite a bit
This does not seem to be a regression, but it might be related to my monitor setup: i have 2 monitors conected, that are the same resolutin but different scaling:
one is my laptop's monitor and one is an external monitor.
