Color picker incorrectly offsets after Windows 10 Display Scale is changed
How to reproduce:
1. Open or create a Unity project
2. Create a UI Image, select it
3. Change your display Scale in your Windows 10 Display Options
4. In the Inspector, select the color picker
5. Move the cursor around the screen and notice the offset
Expected result: The color picker adjusts to the change in scale and no offset is present
Actual result: There is a clear offset while picking colors with the color picker
Reproducible with: 2017.1.0a1, 2017.1.4f1, 2017.2.3p1, 2017.4.4f1, 2018.1.2f1, 2018.2.0b6
