[Collision Module] The translate/rotate plane controls no longer work in 2017.2
Repro steps:
1. Open Scene1 from the attached project.
2. Select the Particle System from the hierarchy
3. Open the Collision Module.
4. Use the move/rotate tools to change the planes in the scene view.
5. Observe no gizmo is present to move/rotate the planes.
Expected outcome: when clicking on a plane, a gizmo allowing it to be moved/rotated should appear.
