Collider rotation is not affected when using the Update Mode "Animate Physics" on the Animator to change the rotation
How to reproduce:
1. Open the user’s attached “2D - Animator to Animate Physics Rotation.zip” project
2. Enter Play Mode
3. In the Project window, expand “Setup 02” GameObject
4. Select “Platform” GameObject
5. In the Scene window, observe the Collider
Expected result: Collider is being rotated
Actual result: Collider is not being rotated
Reproducible with: 2021.3.29f1, 2022.3.6f1, 2023.1.7f1, 2023.2.0b3
Reproduced on: macOS 13.4.1 (Intel)
Note: not reproducible with position change
